General Guidelines
Abstract submission is available online only. Submissions that do not follow these instructions will not be accepted.
- You may be the presenting author of any number of abstracts.
- Accepted submissions will be presented as posters or oral presentations (select your preference during submission).
- All abstracts must be submitted in English.
- There is no abstract submission fee, but presenting authors must be registered participants.
- All submitted abstracts will be evaluated by a panel of judges.
- Only registered participants may submit abstracts.
Abstract Text Preparation
- Upload one PDF containing title, authors (with presenting author underlined), affiliations, abstract text, and 3-6 keywords.
- Abstract text (excluding title/authors/affiliations/keywords) must not exceed 300 words.
- The standard scientific structure (Objectives, Methods, Results, Conclusion) is recommended, but free structure is allowed.
- Include grant/support sources at the end of the abstract text, where applicable.
- Graphics, pictures, and tables are not allowed.
- Please check spelling, grammar, and scientific accuracy before submission.
